- Airports without a regional home carrier:
We can supply you with a feasibility study investigating the foundation of an airline based on our regional LCC model. This can either be realized with an own AOC (Airline Operating Certificate) or with an ACMI (Aircraft / Crew / Maintenance / Insurance) agreement with an existing operator. All commercial functions, as route planning, pricing and revenue management can also be provided by us. In case you decide to implement your own airline based on our model we can manage the whole project for you till the first flight is performed. If requested we can also manage the airline further on as interim managers for an agreed period.
- Airports with an existing regional carrier:
We can analyse and evaluate the potential synergies between the airport and the regional airline. Based on our regional destination concept we can further assess future growth potentials resulting from an intensified cooperation and a joint strategy. This creates a win -win situation for all parties involved. Past projects have proven that it is always of great benefit to have a neutral professional party managing such a project.
